Welcome to Bermuda! We’re kicking off the week with island-style cocktails. Get settled, freshen up, and come join us for a drink to start things off together.
Arrival + Check In

After landing in Bermuda, make your way to Coco Reefs Resort on the South Shore. Check in begins at 4:00pm, and the front desk team will be ready to welcome you upon arrival. If you get there earlier, you are welcome to leave your bags with reception so you can start enjoying the property right away.
Once your room is ready, take some time to settle in, freshen up, and switch into island mode. Every room is just steps from the water, so you will be greeted with beautiful ocean views and that first deep breath of salty sea air. WiFi details and any resort information you need will be provided at check in.
Travel day can be a lot, so feel free to ease into the afternoon at your own pace before we gather in the evening.
This evening, we’ll gather at the home of Nikki Begg, Bermuda local, owner of Big Fish Events, and the island’s exclusive Sperry Tents provider. You’ll be welcomed with light bites and cocktails while taking in beautiful views overlooking Hamilton.
It’s the perfect relaxed setting to unwind after travel, connect with fellow attendees, and ease into the week ahead, island style.
